FAITH.

Faith, means: TRUST, CONFIDENT ON TRUTH.
Faith cannot live on any other foundation. A person who trust in his own heart, is a
fool; because "the heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked,"
hence a person should repent, beseech God to change its nature, then have faith in him
self, when founded on truth. Without self confidence, in truth with God, faith in God
cannot do much with us for God. Some church members are so weak in faith, in them selves,
they have no confidence.to any thing for God. Hog tied by the Devil, with some sinful
pleasure, or profit, to do nothing for God.
Man, should have faith in his fellow men, based on truth, but no faith in their sins,
or his own. A man who has no faith in his fellow man, is far off from God; who had so much
faith in mankind, He gave them the Creator of the worl, the Lord Jesus Christ, to make
them Sons of God.
But the transcendant FAITH, without which, no other faith is anything, Is FAITH IN GOD.
A man who has no faith in God, is lower than the Devil. James,2:19.
A dead man to stay in our house would become horible; but a dead faith in God in our
hearts are worse. Put your faith in God to work for Him, and your heart will bloom out to
the glory of God and give you joy, or else let it become inactive, so angels will report
you back to heaven, with sadness; and a demon can report to Satan, that he has made your
faith in God, dead in your life. A dead faith in God, gives ease and comfort to flesh and
blood; while an active working faith in God, is a burdensome cross, to the carnal nature
of the children of God.
